These Terms and Conditions apply to the R1,000 Strategy Session Guarantee offered by RnR.

1. Eligibility

To qualify for the guarantee, you must:

* Be at least 18 years old.

* Own a holiday home or be authorised to make decisions about the property.

* Book and attend the full “Grow My Holiday Home” Strategy Session.

* Provide complete and accurate information about your property and its current rental performance.

* Participate meaningfully in the session.

2. What the guarantee covers

During the session, RnR will review the information provided and offer clear, practical and property-specific recommendations relating to areas such as pricing, positioning, visibility, occupancy or booking performance.

If RnR does not show you how we can help manage your property during the completed session, you may submit a claim for R1,000.

3. How to submit a claim

Claims must be emailed to [email protected] within 48 hours of completing the session.

Your claim must include:

* Your full name.

* The property discussed.

* The date of your session.

* A short explanation of why you believe the guarantee was not fulfilled.

RnR will review the claim and respond within seven business days.

4. Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply if:

* You do not attend or complete the full session.

* You arrive late or leave before the session is completed.

* You provide incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information.

* You have previously claimed the guarantee for the same property.

* The claim is fraudulent, abusive or submitted outside the stated period.

The guarantee is limited to one claim per person and property.

5. No guarantee of specific results

The R1,000 guarantee relates only to the insights provided during the Strategy Session.

RnR does not guarantee any specific increase in occupancy, bookings, rental income, revenue or property value.

Results vary depending on factors including the property, location, pricing, seasonality, market demand, availability and implementation of the recommendations.

6. Changes to the guarantee

RnR may amend or withdraw this guarantee at any time. Any changes will not affect qualifying sessions booked before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
